Final Report on the 8th Arab Lawyers Conference

Introduction

The International Academy for Mediation and Arbitration organized the 8th Arab Lawyers Conference under the theme "Partnerships and Alliances" at the Fairmont Nile Hotel in Cairo from February 2-3, 2024. The conference witnessed a distinguished attendance of leading experts and specialists from among lawyers and legal experts from 16 different countries.

Conference Objectives:

• Diagnosing and analyzing the current state of Arab law firms.
• Identifying the risks facing Arab law firms.
• Proposing solutions to improve the situation of Arab law firms.
• Discussing experiences of cooperation between Arab and foreign law firms.
• Discussing merger experiences in the Arab region.
• Building Arab partnerships and alliances.
